In February, Tan sang Meeting 20 Years Later at the Spring Festival Celebration Party held by CCTV and won the 3rd prize of the “Future Cola Cup” Most Popular Performance at the Party. Besides, she also attended the Gala concert for the Chinese Spring Festival held by CCTV and the Ministry of Culture respectively and the Double Supports evening party.

In May, Tan’s song Loyal Souls won the silver award of military MTV, the 3rd prize of new songs on the radio as well as the golden award of new songs in celebrating the 80th anniversary of the CPC’s birth held by the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee. Besides, Tan held ceremonies of disc donation in Beijing Military Area Communication Group and Hu Zhou, hometown of a Chinese hero Wang Wei. She also donated 500 CDs to the armed police, navy, air forces, the General Staff Headquarters (GSH) of the PLA and the eight greater military regions.

In July, Tan attended the evening party to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the CPC’s birth: Ode to the Red Flag.

In August, Tan attended PLA 80 Years Anniversary Celebration Party.

In August, Tan attended local performances in Qinghai Province together with the CCTV "Heart-to-Heart" Art Troupe.

In October, Tan’s song Snow in Taiwan won the Golden Prize of New Songs on the Radio held by CRI and her song Meeting 20 Years Later won the Five-One Project Award.

In December, Tan went to perform in Australia and New Zealand together with the Song and Dance Troupe of the PLA.

In December, Tan became a member of the All-China Youth Federation.
